Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all offers, quotes and agreements of ApexSafe Benelux. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you accept these terms.

All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. A quote is valid for 30 days. ApexSafe reserves the right to refuse an order.

We aim to deliver quickly within the Benelux once your order is confirmed. The expected delivery time depends on the product and is stated in your quote or order confirmation. ApexSafe is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or by the carrier.

We provide a 30 day warranty on all our products. In case of a defect you are entitled to free repair, replacement or a refund. The warranty does not apply to improper use.

ApexSafe is not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order concerned.

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The period starts on the day after you receive the product. You can notify us of your withdrawal through our withdrawal page, by email, or using the statutory model withdrawal form.

After notifying us, return the product within 14 days, unused and where possible in its original packaging. We refund the full purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the product back, or of you demonstrating that it has been sent. The direct cost of returning the product is yours, unless agreed otherwise.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, you can return products up to 30 days after receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Contact us at info@apexsafeofficial.com.

You can submit complaints about the performance of the agreement to info@apexsafeofficial.com. We respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your dispute through the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
