Loyalty points

As a business customer you have your business prices and volume discount. Loyalty points are for private customers.

• You earn 3 points for every euro you pay for products. 100 points is €1 credit.
• Points can be used 30 days after your order. You redeem them at checkout, in whole euros.
• Loyalty credit and a discount code cannot be combined in one order. You always keep earning points.
• If you return or cancel an order, the points from that order expire.
• Credit cannot be exchanged for cash. If the programme ends or changes, you can still use your points for at least 3 months.
