Returns and right of withdrawal

You have a statutory 14 day cooling-off period. As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The form below lets you notify us directly.

• The cooling-off period starts on the day you (or someone you designate) receive the product.
• You notify us of your withdrawal using the form below, by email, or with the model form further down.
• Return the product within 14 days of your notification, unused and where possible in its original packaging.
• We refund the full purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days, provided we have received the product back or you can demonstrate that it has been sent.
• The direct cost of returning the product is yours, unless agreed otherwise.
